Transient suppression diode is a high-performance protective device in the form of a diode. When the two poles of a TVS diode are subjected to reverse transient high-energy impact, it changes the high impedance between its two poles to low impedance, absorbs surge power of up to several kilowatts, and clamps the voltage between the two poles at a predetermined value, effectively protecting precision components in electronic circuits from damage caused by various surge pulses.
KUU has launched the KTM4xxx-12F series of TVS transient suppression diodes packaged in SOD-123FL. The products are surface mount, with a peak pulse power of up to 4500W and operating voltage specifications ranging from 5V to 28V, meeting various application designs.
This series of TVS adopts thin packaging, with a typical leakage current of less than 1uA above 10V, and a fast response time from 0V to the minimum breakdown voltage, usually less than 1.0ps.
